Pricing FAQ

What are paid plans for?

Paid plans are for recurring Bulk Fill workflows that need larger PDFs and higher monthly production volume. Free, Business, and Scale all use the same Public API surface within their plan limits.

Is Sign really free?

Yes. Sign is free for one-off signing and lightweight overlays. Bulk Fill plans are only needed for recurring PDF form batches.

Do I need to redesign my PDF as a template?

No. Start with an existing fillable PDF form or another stable PDF layout. Use native PDF form fields when available, then add overlays where the layout needs them.

When should I use the API instead of the web app?

Use the web app to set up the workflow, map native fields or overlays, and preview rows. Use the API when another system needs to run the same workflow automatically.

Can I preview rows before the full batch?

Yes. Preview a few representative rows first, then export the full batch when the output looks right.

Is Doqlo a full PDF editor?

No. Doqlo focuses on recurring PDF form workflows and lightweight signing, not full document authoring.
